Bridger Jack Capell

Our cute little Baby Bridger arrived July 30th at 1:52 pm. He weighed 6 lbs 15 oz and was
19 1/2 in. long. He came so fast that he came out looking perfect. His head was beautiful and round. He has done really well eating and sleeps all day long. Bodie and Carlee keep asking when he is going to wake up, I tell them in a couple weeks.
We are excited he is here and love him so much!

Proud brother and sister.

Camping

We went camping over the 24th weekend. We had a sweet spot up Spanish Fork Canyon. It was spacious and had plenty of shade, which was great cause it was hot! Brent, Emma and their daughter, Maibel came up with us for both nights. Phil's brother, Ben and his family came up on the first night and stayed.

Brent sweatin' up a storm!

Carlee was SO excited to have a girl there!

Nana Camp

Last week we went up to Idaho for a week for "Nana Camp" at my parent's cabin. My mom put SO much work into this and it was so much fun. There was never a dull moment. She had so many activities planned. All of her grandkids got to be there. My brother, Jeremy and his family dove 20 hours from Arizona to be there. At one point we had 13 kids and eight adults staying at the cabin. We stayed up late every night and all the kids got to sleep together. They thought that was great! I just have to name some of the activities because there were so many:
Gun safety/shooting
Archery
Tug of war
Water guns
Decorate a back pack
Hike
Paint pet rocks
Tie dye shirts
Paint bird houses
Parachte (like in P.E. in elementary)
Kick ball
Color/make life size paper people
Camp Journals
Movie on projector
Four Wheeler rides
Swimming
She also made these little ancestor books and every night she told stories about grandparents and great-grandparents.
Nana with her grandkids.
Carlee loves her Uncle J-Dogg.

Carlee and Crew.
Carlee is two years older than Crew, but they are the same size.

Buddies!

Bodie had a great time hangin' with the older boys.

Fun Weekend

We had a busy weekend. It was Round Up Days here in the big town of Lehi. We went to a stock parade on Thursday and then to the rodeo on Friday night. We went with our friends, the Bunkers.

"Bunker Lindsay" and Ashley helping out with Carlee at the rodeo. I couldn't have had her sit on my lap throught the whole thing, so I was so glad for the help.

Saturday morning we loaded up Ruby Sue and headed up the canyon to spend the night. We stopped and did a little fishing on the way to our camping spot.

We had no luck.

My cute little chickens.

Saturday night Phil's family came up to have dinner with us. It was Phil's mom, Lorraine's birthday. It was really fun to have them come up. Syd played her guitar for us, she is getting so good.

Phil made his mom an upsidedown pineapple cake in the dutch oven and we sang Happy Birthday! It was really yummy!

Cell Phone Pictures

I take a million pictures on my phone and they just seem to get lost from one phone to the next. I was looking through them the other day and there were a few I wanted to save...so here they are.

Carlee trying on my glasses. (With beautiful morning hair, I might add)

Bodie's sad face when he was getting stitches. I can't get over the sad look on his face.

Sitting at the counter eating lunch.

Soaking her feet at the lake.

Riding the gator. Carlee loves to give kisses to all!

Dressing up in the hula gear from Nana.

I was trying to learn how to tie dye shirts for girl's camp, so I made on for each of my kids. Carlee looking like a babe in hers!

Fishing with the fam

For Father's Day we went fishing with Phil's family. We had a picnic and then fished. The kids had so much fun! They all had these little fishing poles that they would just cast out and bring back in. They had little plastic fish hooked to the end, it was great! It was fun to get out and do something with Phil since he hasn't been feeling good for so long.

We didn't have much luck fishing, but finally when we were ready to go, Phil pulled in his line and there was a little catfish on his hook.
