School Boy

Well, it happened! My baby boy started preschool. I am new at all this school stuff. But, Bodie went today with no problems. He loves his teacher and is excited to learn! I can't think about it too much, or it freaks me out! I can't believe we are already to this stage!
When I picked Bodie up from school, I was excited to get his report about his first day. We got in the car and he goes, "Mom, did you see my teacher's hair? It is crazy!" I started laughing. It cracks me up that that is what noticed. She has really naturally curly hair.
Love you, Bodie! ( just a shout out, not like he reads my blog:))

Hey Jenny! Just wait...1st grade is the hardest...pre-school and kindergarden...sort of like a tease. For the first time in 10 1/2 years I don't have a child with me most of the day and it is soooo strange!!!! Feels like something is a little off! lol You are so cute!

Bodie is so cute. That's so good that he liked it. I swear-if their first experience with school is a poistive one, it makes a huge difference. I can't believe he's that old. Riggles starts next week too. Crazy.

He is so cute. I cant believe that he is already at the school stage. I was just looking at those pictures with Bodie as a baby, and now he is off to preschool. That is so nuts!!!!

That is so funny!!! Could he be any cuter! Kids say the funniest things. I had my hair curly in a braid at work and this little five year old girl told me my hair was messy. That was the first thing she noticed too. Kids seem to keep us humble.

He is so cute! Time goes by too fast. I feel like it will be no time before Brady goes to preschool.

OHHHH! I think I would cry dropping Kaiden off at school. Okay, so one of my kids is the son of a couple who own a nail salon and the first thing he said to my aide was "who did your nails?" Yeah, he is a speech kid, too. Those are about the only words he spoke that first day. Kids notice the things that are important to their parents for sure. Im wonder what Kaiden will tell us about his first day (hopefully that doesn't come too soon!!)

Its hard to even think that we have kids that are old enough to go to school. I wish I were as sentimental, but this is the fourth kid that's gone to school for me and yes I cried with Dominic, but now I'm like..."Don't hurry home too fast...Mom's got things to do!" LOL I'm not that bad...all the time!! :)
